Q: What does the PrestaRatchet GO 5-in-1 replace in my tool kit?

A: It replaces separate Allen/Torx keys, tire levers, a valve core tool, and a quick-link removal tool. One compact system covers many of the most common roadside repairs, with an optional tubeless tire plugger available separately.

Q: Is the ratchet strong enough for trail and roadside use?

A: Yes. The reversible ratchet is constructed from hardened tool-grade steel and designed for repeated use. Its compact design provides excellent durability for everyday bike maintenance and roadside repairs.

Q: Will the tire lever work with tight tubeless tires and modern rims?

A: Yes. The Prestalever is designed to tackle tight-fitting tires, including road tubeless tires. Its rim hook helps prevent slipping and makes tire removal easier. Multiple levers can be used together for particularly tight tires.

Q: How does the quick-link chain tool work?

A: The integrated quick-link removal slot allows you to disconnect compatible chain quick links without carrying separate pliers. Position the quick link near the top of the crank, move the chain forward one tooth so the link stands up, and press down firmly with the Prestalever to release it.

Q: What's the difference between the PrestaRatchet GO 5-in-1 and 6-in-1?

A: Both kits include the reversible ratchet, multifunction Prestalever, and compact carrying wallet. The 5-in-1 comes with 9 essential tool bits, while the 6-in-1 includes 12 bits plus a tubeless tire plugger and 10 repair strips. The 5-in-1 is ideal for everyday maintenance, while the 6-in-1 offers additional versatility for tubeless roadside repairs.
