Replacement Presta head gaskets for all current and past Prestaflator BIG push/pull Presta heads, also compatible with Silca pump heads using the 24.1 or 24.2 gasket size. Available in three distinct versions to match different riding styles, pressures, and valve types.

Each gasket is sold individually and is designed to seal just below the cap threads for easier installation, better clearance, and improved reliability on modern Presta valves.
