Will it fit my floor pump or Prestaflator?

The Pro Presta Head uses a standard Schrader-thread connection for compatible floor pumps and Prestaflator tools, including Prestaflator PRO models. It is not intended for the Prestaflator ECO.

For floor pumps that cannot connect directly, a hose adapter is sold separately or available in a bundle with the head. Confirm hose compatibility before cutting or modifying your pump.

What is new about this version?

The release cap is now aluminum with laser-etched branding, replacing the former plastic cap. Together with the proven steel body, it provides durable all-metal exterior construction while retaining the easy attachment and release that made the original so popular.

How do I use it?

Open the Presta valve’s tip nut before inflation. Push the head onto the valve until it locks securely, then inflate. Press the red release cap to disconnect, then close the valve’s tip nut.

Does air escape when I remove it?

The red release cap provides a quick, no-pull disconnect without losing tire pressure or pulling on the valve core.

Is it suitable for tubeless Presta valves?

Yes. It works with tubeless Presta valves. Its push-on connection and push-button release eliminate the need to thread the head onto the valve or unscrew it after inflation.

How much exposed valve stem does it need?

Only 10 mm of exposed Presta valve is required, making it particularly useful with deep-section rims or shorter valve stems.

Does it inflate Schrader tires?

No. This model connects to your pump through a Schrader connection, but the head itself is designed to inflate Presta valves.

Can I connect it directly to my air compressor?

No. The Pro Presta Head does not use a 1/4-inch compressor fitting and cannot connect directly to an air compressor. For compressor use, pair it with a compatible Prestaflator PRO inflation tool.

Does this model support CLIK valve®?

No. This model is dedicated to Presta valves. The separate 2-in-1 model supports Presta and CLIK valve®.

This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of product found to be defective. Prestaflator assumes no liability for loss due to failure of any product to perform satisfactorily. This warranty applies under conditions of intended use and is exclusive of equipment subjected to: Failure to follow recommended assembly and service procedures, Lack of proper maintenance, excessive duty cycle, exposure to the elements, shipping damage and modification not authorized by Prestaflator. No warranty claims will be honored without prior authorization for repair from Prestaflator. Any replaced or repaired equipment will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty term only.
